www.ecostar.nl is een webshop van Ecostar bv en alle producten op deze website zijn bestemd voor presentatie doeleinden.

Alle foto's en merknamen zijn eigendom van de intellectuele eigenaars. Vermenigvuldiging of gebruik van foto's en informatie op deze website is verboden en onderhavig aan Nederlands recht.

We moedigen intellectuele eigendomsrecht eigenaren aan om ons te contacteren als ze van mening zijn dat hun rechten op enigerlei wijze zijn geschonden op deze website.

Laat ons in zo'n geval weten dat uw rechten worden geschonden, en wij zullen (naar ons inzicht) de gegevens in kwestie wissen van Ecostar's webshop.

Als u van mening dat uw intellectuele eigendomsrechten zijn geschonden door een van onze ontwerpers en ontwikkelaars,
informeert u alstublieft onze webshop beheerder via onze contactformulier, met de melding dat de volgende informatie bevat:

• Een fysieke of elektronische handtekening van een persoon die bevoegd is om op te treden namens de eigenaar van het auteursrecht of andere rechten die zou zijn geschonden.
• Identificatie van het auteursrecht, handelsmerk of andere rechten die zou zijn geschonden.
• De betreffende URL of productnummer(s) in verband met het beweerde inbreukmakende ontwerp of gegevens. Wij benadrukken dat alleen "www.ecostar.nl" niet voldoende is om te bepalen waar u bezwaar tegen maakt, svp links bijvoegen die verwijzen naar de specifieke ontwerpen.
• Uw naam, adres, telefoonnummer en e-mailadres.
• Een verklaring dat u te goede trouw gelooft dat het gebruik van het gebruik van het materiaal waarover wordt geklaagd niet toegestaan is door de rechten eigenaar, zijn agent of de wet.
• Een verklaring dat de informatie in het bericht juist is en, op straffe van meineed, dat u bevoegd bent om op te treden namens de eigenaar van het auteursrecht of ander recht waar vermeend inbreuk op wordt gemaakt.

All pictures and brandnames are property of the intellectual owners. Duplication or copying of pictures and information on this website is prohibited and laibable by Dutch law.

We encourage intellectual property rights owners to contact us if they believe that their rights have been infringed in any way on this website.

If you let us know that your rights are being infringed we will (at our discretion) remove the data in question from Ecostar's webshop.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by one of our designers or developers,
please provide our webshop administrator with a notification that contains the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other rights that have been allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyright, trademark or other rights that have been allegedly infringed.
• The URL or product number(s) used in connection with the allegedly infringing design or data.
  Note that simply including "www.ecostar.nl" is not sufficient to identify what you are objecting to; please include links to specific designs.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other right that is allegedly infringed.
